My Rock God!

Happy Saturday everyone!
We are having my rock god's 40th party tonight! It should be super fun.
Read my journalling on my layout below and you will find out why.
So my layout is based on the wonderful Case file 28 which is now open at CSI.

Here is the case file:

This is my take on the case.

Evidence:
Robots (robot buttons)
circles (multiple circular embellishments)
Repeat an element (repetition of embellishments)
Metal (metal charm, metal bottle caps, bull dog clip)
Used paint to create shadows (dark brown vs white gesso)

Testimony:
I started my journalling with the word "listen"
I documented a story which is crazy
I documented something related to technology.

My journalling is written on a pull down tab, hidden under the photo. It reads:

" Listen to this crazy story of my man and his guitar. It's not bad crazy but wow crazy! A great story and I'm proud to tell it.
It all began in 2010 when his 38th birthday was rapidly approaching. He told me one of the things on his bucket list was to learn to play the electric guitar by age 40! Never having played a guitar before was not going to stop him! We went to the guitar shop to buy a "beginners" guitar.
Of course we left with a limited edition, top of the range, Fender Stratocaster! We also bought him an amp and the latest accessories in guitar technology.
He started tuition and two years later he is gearing up of his big performance.
He is the surprise musical entertainment at his 40th party! I'm so excited to see him perform and so proud of how far he has come in such a crazily short period of time. What a legend! "
