My world

Hello everyone,
Happy thursday.
I normally would be at work right now. But my little girl is sick with a vomitting bug : (
She is tucked up in bed right now. So I thought I would use this time for some blogging.

The Group 2 june challenge is up at Show us your stuff. You should pop on over and take part.

The challenge is to take inspiration from this awesome paper art.  Additional criteria is as usual to use handmade goodies.


























I found inspiration in the tree- I found a similar chipboard tree in my stash.
I also based my colour scheme on the image- I used predominately brown and bits of white and teal.

This project is rather mixed media.
I used lots of trinkets and bits of old jewellery I had been stashing, like a little bower bird : )
So it was great to get some of that used up.
