Happy Monday to you all!
I hope you had a nice weekend.
So normally I am scared off doing a layout on a black background. Im not sure why but I've always shyed away from black and tended towards lighter backgrounds.
But when I saw this gorgeous image shared by my scrappy friend Donna. I knew I had to challenge myself to have a go.
The image is from Black with 2 februarys challenge. The challenge is to use predominately black with blue, yellow and 5% white.
The gorgeous image is to help inspire you.
So here is my layout,
(apologies for the poorer quality photo, my SLR is not charged, using my iPhone : )
Products used:
My minds eye black paper
Manor house creations flowers
Prima twisters
Basic grey alphas
Equip hair clip (black with bling centre)
Purple pumpkin button
D-lish scraps washi tape
Scrap this fuzzy felt heart
Cocktail umbrella
Acrylic paints
Helmer's scrap dots
TFL
